   I downloaded neos-safekeys-2008-v2_3_0_setup.zip and unzipped it with 7-Zip. When I double-click on setup.exe, a window titled "Install" opens containing this text:

   Copying Files, please stand by.
   Processing VB6STKIT.DLL (1 of 7)

   I then get a pop-up window titled "Setup Bootstrap for Visual Basic Setup Toolkit" that says "Setup Bootstrap for Visual Basic Setup Toolkit has encountered a problem and needs to close. ..."

   How can I fix this problem? FYI, I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3. Thanks.

   Hi rhaney,

   I'm sorry you've been having trouble using the setup program. I've heard that some users are having problems using this setup package.

   I have been testing a new setup program, with very good success, and have just released it on the site now - I believe it should work for you.

   The Install Edition now uses the more modern Microsoft Installer (.msi) format – this should fix problems some users had using the old setup program.
